Investing in ETFs, Equities, REITs, and MLPs is easy and cost effective. Our fees are simple, transparent, and very competitive. Our research is available for a low monthly subscription fee.

2. LIQUID

Trading only ETFs, stocks and exchange traded REITs and MLPs keep portfolios liquid and easily manageable. Diversification never outweighs liquidity, so Private Equity and Hedge Funds with lock up periods and difficult redemption procedures are of no interest.

3. RULES BASED

Following an investment strategy is more important to performance than any one investment. Trading rules in terms of asset allocation, position sizing and timing create a ‘no excuse’ portfolio management policy. A rules based system using only low cost and liquid investments can achieve excellent results.
